GAMMA Mengi Series
The visual cliché of finance is composed of skyscrapers in financial districts and/or a group of well dressed business people going somewhere or sitting in meetings. Gamma Capital Management is an investment company with strong ties to the arts and culture society in Iceland. With these ties in mind, we set out to portray finance from a new perspective. Paying homage to the Icelandic masters of modernism, we illustrate financial funds in an abstract way. Taking raw data, like growth percentages and translating that into proportions on canvas. The outcome is a series of infographic abstractions that form the key imagery for their advertising campaign.
